So... I'm renting out my house. Anyone need a place to live? I've got 2 bedrooms upstairs that are big and have walk-in closets. Nice bathroom upstairs as well. Main floor has living, dining, sun room and kitchen. I'll be in the basement, trying to fix it up and make it a bit more segregated from the laundry room.
Also, there's a 2 car garage out back. I have my boat in the 3rd outdoor spot, so your choices are to park in the garage or on the street out front. Rent will be $400/mo and if you want my spot in the garage it's $25/mo additional. We split gas, electric and water between the 3 (hopefully) of us.
Gas = $30(summer)-$160(winter)
Elec = $45-50 year round
Water = $40-50
June or July move in times, but if you want to move stuff in before then, that can be arranged.
